Within the Drug Substance Development (DSD) - Manufacturing department, the USP Senior Technician will support the USP large-scale operations, involving GMP and pilot processes, cell expansion, bioreactor processes in fed-batch/perfusion, and process transfers to a new site under construction. The position involves operational tasks, documentation, scaling-up, and maintaining functionality of clean rooms and laboratories.
Job Responsibility:
Performing operational USP activities
facilitating tech transfer and scaling-up
analyzing data, presenting it, and interacting with QC, QA or project managers
carrying out documentation like protocols, reports and procedures
maintaining laboratories/clean rooms
proposing and implementing improvement projects
participating in test activities during qualification of process equipment
Requirements:
Technician diploma (CFC, HES, BTS, IUT...) with 2-3 years'experience in USP
speak French and English
knowledge of USP processes
knowledge of BPF, GLP and/or GMP
knowledge of IT tools (Pack Office, Trackwise/ SAP, DeltaV, MES, LIMS)
ability to work as part of a team
good communication skills
ideally experience in the field of pharmaceutical production (USP development, clinical and commercial)
training in Operational Excellence (LEAN, BELT) a plus
Nice to have:

knowledge of IT tools (Pack Office, Trackwise/ SAP, DeltaV, MES, LIMS)
