Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Leading UX design projects from concept to completion, with a focus on user-centered design principles
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and other creatives to deliver innovative design solutions
Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience
Designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for both web and mobile platforms
Working in an agile environment and managing design iterations based on feedback
Bringing creativity and fresh ideas to client projects, while keeping user needs and business goals at the forefront

Requirements:

Proven experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates agency-level work and creative problem-solving
Experience in user research, persona development, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
Strong understanding of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
A passion for working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can constantly learn and grow
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and defend design ideas to both internal teams and clients
Experience with responsive design and mobile-first principles is a plus
