Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking UX Designers for contract and project-based roles in Houston’s hottest industries, including healthcare, finance, e-commerce, education, and tech. The role involves user research, wireframing, prototyping, information architecture, visual design, accessibility compliance, and analytics. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience and proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Google Analytics, and more.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct user research and testing
Create wireframes and prototypes
Organize information architecture
Design visual and UI elements
Ensure accessibility and compliance
Analyze and optimize user engagement

Requirements:

2+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably within corporate, agency, or startup environments
User Research & Testing – Ability to conduct interviews, usability tests, and analyze user behavior to inform design
Wireframing & Prototyping – Experience with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to create seamless digital experiences
Information Architecture – Expertise in organizing complex information into intuitive interfaces
Visual & UI Design – Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout to enhance usability
Accessibility & Compliance – Understanding of WCAG standards, WAVE, and Axe tools for inclusive design
Analytics & Optimization – Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Tableau to track user engagement

Nice to have:

Coding – Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
