Job Description:

We’re recruiting a UX Researcher I to support the design and development of user-friendly products. You’ll work closely with senior researchers, designers and product managers to gather insights that inform and enhance the user experience.

Job Responsibility:

contact and schedule participants for research sessions
assist in planning and conducting studies including surveys, interviews and usability testing
gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative user data
synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights
present research findings to design and product teams
collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user insights into design/development
document and tag activities, methodologies and findings in research repository
learn research methods and techniques from mentors and team leaders

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
4 years’ experience in a related field
strong analytical and problem-solving skills
excellent communication and presentation abilities
proficiency in using research tools and software
basic understanding of UX design principles

Nice to have:

previous experience in user research including internships or academic research
attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
a strong desire to learn from and teach others
