Requirements:

Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related
Previous experience working as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role within a digital or product design environment
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, and InVision
Experience with prototyping tools such as Axure, Balsamiq, and Marvel
Strong skills in creating user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing
Knowledge of UX principles, best practices, and methodologies such as user-centered design, design thinking, and agile UX
Expertise in designing visually appealing, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces
Experience with creating style guides, UI pattern libraries, and design systems
Knowledge of color theory, typography, iconography, and layout principles
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with front-end developers
Ability to create design specifications and collaborate with developers during implementation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex design challenges
Ability to design effective and efficient solutions that enhance user experience and meet business goals
Strong verbal and written communication skills to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders, team members, and clients
Ability to receive and incorporate feedback from various sources into design iterations
Experience working in cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and contribute to collective design efforts
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple design projects simultaneously
Fluent in English
