Job Description:

Responsible for greeting guests, assisting with unloading items, delivering laundry and clothing to guestrooms, and ensuring cleanliness and appearance of laundry/dry cleaning. Requires excellent guest service skills and flexibility in schedule.

Job Responsibility:

Greet guests upon arrival
Assist with unloading items
Deliver laundry and clothing to guestrooms
Respond to guest requests
Monitor cleanliness and appearance of laundry/dry cleaning
Complete valet tickets properly
Coordinate repairs and pick-up for delivery
Follow company policies and procedures
Maintain uniform and personal appearance
Protect company assets
Speak professionally
Develop positive working relationships
Support team goals
Comply with quality assurance standards
Perform physical tasks as required

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
