Job Description:

Working with a Columbia, SC based firm committed to delivering exceptional financial and valuation consulting services. Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Valuations Manager to join their growing and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business valuations, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and insightful analyses.

Job Responsibility:

Perform business valuations for mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and other purposes
Utilize various valuation methods, such as discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis (CCA), and precedent transactions
Prepare comprehensive valuation reports and presentations
Analyze financial statements and reports to assess the financial health of businesses

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA or CFA designation preferred
Proven experience in business valuations
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and valuation methodologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and presentation abilities
Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Familiarity with relevant industry tools and software
