Job Description:

The Value Stream Management Business Analyst will analyze, map, and improve business value streams. The successful candidate will drive strategic initiatives, promote continuous improvement, and use data-driven insights to support efforts that streamline workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and deliver transformation initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Document and map current workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
Create comprehensive value stream visuals outlining dependencies and highlighting areas for optimization
Work with business stakeholders to define goals and identify pain points
Organize workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to drive collaboration
Analyze performance metrics, including lead time, cycle time, throughput, and defect rates
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for process monitoring and decision-making
Apply Lean, Agile, and Six Sigma methodologies to improve workflows
Organize initiatives to reduce waste, improve operations, and align changes with business goals
Support Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe in process improvement initiatives
Partner with team roles like Scrum Masters and Product Owners to facilitate smooth project execution
Encourage a culture of continuous improvement
Provide actionable recommendations to align team performance with customer needs

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
3+ years of business analysis experience with a focus on process improvement or Agile methodologies
Familiarity with value stream mapping, Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe), and data analysis techniques
Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Visio
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
Proven skills in analyzing data and driving data-informed decisions
Passion for continuous improvement in fast-paced environments

Nice to have:

Certifications like Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification
Experience working in dynamic environments with competing priorities
