Job Description:

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Job Responsibility:

Lead applications systems analysis and programming activities
Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team
Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals
Identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements
Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards
Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint
Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals
Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions

Requirements:

13+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role
Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications
Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development
Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Strong hands-on experience in implementing major ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Pandas, NumPy, Jaccard, cosine, NLP or other pattern matching AI, ML libraries/techniques
Strong hands-on experience in implementing Python, Kafka, Spark, SQL, Hive, Impala, Hadoop, Splunk, Autosys and Cloudera Big Data (PySpark) ecosystem
Data Analysis and Data Wrangling skills when dealing with Huge Volume (1B+ Transaction)
Performance analysis, troubleshooting and resolution including Cloudera Big Data (PySpark) ecosystem
Experience with Linux-based infrastructures and with CI/CD pipelines
Experience in UI design, JavaScript and Angular charting, Graph
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with good communication skills
ability to face off to business users
Self-motivated individual with determination to achieve goals and a good team player especially working in a distributed global team environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible and able to deliver quality results in the required timeframe
