Job Description:

The VP, Finance Reporting Lead Analyst (C13) is senior professional position responsible for driving the generation, analysis, and submission of reports to various constituencies based on requirements such as US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), US Regulatory, and local statutory reporting, in coordination with the broader Financial Reporting Team. The overall objective is to apply in-depth disciplinary knowledge to contribute to directional strategy.

Job Responsibility:

Support the execution of critical deliverables tied to Regulatory Reporting Remediation Commitments
Assess the direct implications of new issues, determine their prioritization, remediation, manage the cohesive remediation planning, implementation and impact of remediation
Support and substantiate the development of the BCBS 239 Compliance process
Monitor and manage key metrics associated with reports to identify challenges and issues
Support the implementation of processes and controls to mitigate the risk of inaccurate reporting
Manage process improvement efforts to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of the regulatory reporting process
Partner with Risk & Controls team to maintain and enhance an effective internal control’s structure

Requirements:

6-8+ years of extensive experience within the financial services industry and regulatory reporting
Intermediate knowledge of U.S. regulatory reports
Exposure to Basel III capital regulations, GAAP/SEC Reporting and stress testing frameworks like CCAR
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Strong technical problem-solving skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks in a complex and dynamic environment
Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master’s degree preferred
