Job Description:

The Product Control Lead Analyst role is a senior management level position responsible for ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and integrity of the bank's books and records. The role involves managing a team, driving data integrity, and supporting general ledger reconciliation, profit attribution, and valuation control.

Job Responsibility:

Manage, lead and direct a team of professionals
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Finance industry trends
Contribute to the directional strategy of the Finance function
Evaluate and resolve complex issues
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made

Requirements:

6-10 years of relevant experience
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master’s degree preferred
