Job Description:

IKEA Espoo is looking for a Visual Merchandising Manager to lead the visual presentation of the store and inspire customers by creating a better everyday life through home furnishing solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Contributing to positioning the IKEA store as the first choice for home furnishing in the local market
Providing home furnishing solutions to improve people's lives at home
Securing the use of the store layout as a commercial tool to plan and implement strategies
Recruiting, developing and leading team

Requirements:

Education in visual merchandising or industrial design
Experience of working as a visual merchandiser
Ability to inspire, motivate and engage people to reach set goals and generate growth and long-term profitability
Continually seeking new opportunities for improvement
Challenging team and self to strengthen the IKEA Brand and exceed customer expectations
