Job Description:

Steer the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization. Execute financial strategies, manage cash flow, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead the finance team.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee all audit and internal control operations
Manage job costing and project financial management
Handle cash flow and working capital
Supervise financial planning, forecasting, and risk analysis
Update and enhance the company's ERP accounting system
Implement process improvements through the adoption of new accounting and project management technologies
Supervise the finance team
Develop and implement corporate growth strategies
Conduct financial analysis and forecasting
Collaborate with the Corporate CPA
Ensure compliance with prevailing wage laws
Adhere strictly to financial laws, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
Proficiency in the use of 3M
Adept at managing Accounting Software Systems
Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
Proficiency in using Concur
Experience in using CRM tools
Strong understanding of Accounting Functions
Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
Experience in creating and managing an Annual Budget
Strong skills in Auditing
Experience in managing Budget Processes
