This role is responsible for managing the activities of the corporate accounting department which provides accounting, payroll and incentive compensation, and compliance support.
Job Responsibility:
Managing the activities of the corporate accounting department
Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of firm’s books and records
Overseeing billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll operations
Managing payroll and incentive compensation systems and practices
Key contact with outside firms for annual audit of financial statements, tax matters and corporate insurance policies
Responsible for processes, systems, and underlying data
Ensuring all controls and reporting are in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
Developing and maintaining department policies and procedures
Providing support and analysis during acquisition integration
Overseeing cost allocation analysis for locations and operational units
Requirements:
Proven proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Experience with ADP - Financial Services
Familiarity with BlackLine software
Proficiency in using Concur
Strong knowledge of CRM systems
Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
