Job Description:

As a Wage Administration Representative, you will support vital wage administration processes, assist with Work Comp procedures, streamline job placements, and help wage employees receive required training. In this role, you’ll balance attention to detail with cross-functional coordination and contribute to a team environment that powers one of the world’s most renowned agricultural equipment manufacturers.

Job Responsibility:

Act as the primary liaison for the Work Comp process, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflows
Coordinate job assignments based on contractual guidelines and business requirements, ensuring physically qualified employees are appropriately placed
Support the hiring process, including job bidding activities for production staff
Convert paper files into digital documentation, enhancing operational efficiency
Assist in scheduling required training for wage employees to ensure compliance with corporate policies

Requirements:

A degree in Business/Management or Human Resources discipline (1-2 years of university education preferred, or equivalent experience)
Keen attention to detail and accuracy
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel to track and manage data effectively
Exceptional communication skills to facilitate interdepartmental and employee interactions
