Job Description:

Our Front of House team knows the restaurant’s offerings down to the finest detail and is eager to showcase them to our guests. From the moment they step into the restaurant, they are welcomed by our warm hospitality, friendliness, and impeccable table settings. Day after day, we strive to provide each guest with a dining experience they will remember for a long time.

Job Responsibility:

Greet guests and attend to tables promptly
Serve food and beverages, offering recommendations when needed
Use menu knowledge to answer guests' questions
Accurately process transactions in the MICROS system
Ensure guest satisfaction with every dish and drink served
Clear tables, perform closing duties, and restock tableware and other items
Carry out opening and closing tasks, including preparing necessary items, cleaning areas and equipment, securing doors, etc.
Prepare, stock, and maintain workstations
Follow established guidelines to keep work areas, the bar, bar service stations, tables, and other elements clean and organized
Maintain a professional appearance and keep the uniform clean

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: Vocational Training (Higher/Intermediate Level)
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Professional Category: Employee
Residence: Province of the job vacancy
Excellent teamwork skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude and outgoing personality
At least 2 years of experience as a waiter/bartender
High level of English (other languages are a plus)
Professional appearance and a clean, well-maintained uniform are required
Prior to starting work, you will receive safety training to obtain the necessary certifications

Nice to have:

Previous experience in fine dining restaurants and 5-star hotels is a plus
Knowledge of additional languages is highly valued
