Job Description:

As a Warehouse Administrator, you will be the linchpin in our sales and stock control processes. Your keen eye for detail and organisational prowess will ensure that everything runs smoothly, from managing production orders to coordinating logistics. Reporting directly to the Sales Admin Manager, your role will be crucial in maintaining our high standards.

Job Responsibility:

Use SAP to create and process sales orders with 100% accuracy
Generate pick notes and print all relevant delivery notes
Issue production orders for daily production
Arrange transportation of orders using SAP
Monitor stock levels and manage packaging/pallet orders
Scan products onto sales tickets
Work closely with dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries
Provide general support to keep operations running smoothly
Collaborate with the Health & Safety team to enhance site safety

Requirements:

Self-motivated with excellent numerical and analytical skills
Strong communication abilities and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, motivated, and committed to confidentiality
SAP Savvy: Experience with SAP is a big plus
