Job Description:

The Warehouse Analyst will play a crucial role in managing inventory, utilizing various software tools and platforms to ensure efficient and accurate operations.

Job Responsibility:

Utilize ADP - Financial Services, Cerner Technologies, Epic Software, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools to manage and analyze warehouse inventory
Audit inventory records regularly to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
Handle inbound calls related to inventory queries or issues, providing timely and accurate responses
Perform clerical duties related to inventory management, including data entry and record keeping
Use ERP Solutions to streamline and optimize warehouse operations
Regularly update charts and graphs to visually represent inventory status and trends
Utilize the 'About Time' tool for effective time management and workflow optimization
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations
Proactively identify and resolve potential issues related to inventory management
Continually monitor and update customer credit records to ensure accuracy and compliance

Requirements:

Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
Familiarity with Cerner Technologies
Ability to work with Epic Software
Strong understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Experience with ERP Solutions
Proficiency in using About Time software
Skilled in Answering Inbound Calls
Experience in Auditing
Ability to create and interpret Charts - Graphs
Capable of performing Clerical Duties
