Job Description:

Performs shipping and warehouse functions to achieve maximum efficiency, productivity, and accuracy in Synovis MCA Shipping and Warehouse. Demonstrates core values in daily interactions with customers, vendors, and coworkers.

Job Responsibility:

Process and ship work orders daily, meeting required shipping deadlines
handle and unpack dock deliveries of ordered items, preparing them for Quality Inspection and Receiving
restock and maintain inventory shelves as items are depleted
assist with weekly cycle counts for inventory reconciliation in accordance with Finance schedule
keep warehouse audit ready through daily cleaning and organization
comply with SOPs, GQPs, safety rules and regulations, and departmental procedures
perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma required
proficient in warehouse management systems and PC environments
must be able to read, write and do basic mathematical computations
requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail
must be physically capable of standing, climbing, kneeling, stooping and frequent lifting of 16-30 lbs. up and down to head and chest level
occasionally will lift 50 lbs
must be able to operate material handling equipment such as pallet jack.
