This role is crucial in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining a smooth workflow.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Experience with Cargowise software
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Knowledge of ERP Solutions
Proficiency in using About Time software
Experience in Billing Functions
Excellent Communication skills
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Understanding of Customs procedures
Expertise in Warehouse Inventory management
Experience in Warehouse Management
