Job Description:

A Warehouse Team Leader at IKEA manages daily operations of all incoming stock into the building, supports and develops team members, ensures safety and compliance, and optimizes processes to maintain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Job Responsibility:

Contribute to creating a culture where Health & safety are at the core of everything you do as a leader
Supporting the wider Fulfilment leadership team and growing our business through the delivery of the store Goals
Engaging in all aspects of the business as a leader and be a promotor of our Culture & Values
Responsible for coaching, developing, and inspiring a hard-working team, maintaining a work environment which supports equality, diversity and inclusion and well-being of people
Identifying talents within the team and creating development opportunity's to grow your team

Requirements:

Experience of leadership in a fast-paced warehouse environment with the ability to prioritise and organise your own and others workload
Business-minded approach with a clear customer focus and ability to meet agreed budgets and goals with the ability to make quick decisions and take personal initiatives, open to change and highly flexible
Leading others, you will have good communication skills that can assist in building relationships with co-workers and customers
Ability to implement structural ways of working within the area of responsibility, with problem-solving experience and strong computer literacy
