Job Description:

Join an independent financial services firm dedicated to providing holistic wealth management that goes beyond finances—helping clients achieve personal fulfillment, well-being, and long-term security. The firm fosters a collaborative, client-focused environment where advisors can build strong relationships and make a meaningful impact.

Job Responsibility:

Serve as a trusted advisor, providing personalized financial planning and investment guidance
Manage and grow a book of business through firm referrals and personal networking
Develop and adjust comprehensive financial plans covering retirement, tax, estate, investment, and risk management
Support senior advisors in client acquisition and business development
Contribute to firm-wide initiatives aimed at enhancing client experience and operational efficiency
Stay updated on industry trends and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

5+ years in financial planning, wealth management, or a similar advisory role
CFP® certification required
Series 65 or equivalent preferred
Strong understanding of investment strategies, financial planning principles, and regulatory compliance
Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients
Strategic thinker with leadership and mentoring skills to support team success
