Job Description:

Are you a creative wordsmith with a passion for retail and digital content? Our client is looking for a Website Content Producer to join their dynamic team for a temporary full-time position over the next 3 months. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have an eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibility:

Deliver weekly content updates across web and app using the content management system
Effectively manage your workload via Jira, keeping track of ticket statuses as tasks are completed
Manage BAU feedback from various teams, ensuring updates are captured and confirmed with stakeholders
Support with SALE content execution, adhering to deadlines for business reviews and regional differences
Maintain and organise the CMS system to boost usability and efficiency
Assist the Senior Site Content Producer in testing and reviewing new content developments across web and app
Conduct ad-hoc competitor analysis to suggest exciting opportunities for new content modules on-site

Requirements:

Previous experience using content management systems is preferable
Familiarity with project management tools for effective workload management
A proactive attitude with fresh ideas to enhance the online experience for customers
Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors in copy or assets
Strong independent work ethic, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical contributors and respond promptly to queries
A positive demeanour, with the capability to remain calm under pressure
Keen organisational skills paired with a strong curiosity for technology
