Job Responsibility:

Providing an excellent, personal and efficient service to all customers, ensuring they have a positive experience
Liaising with contact customers via telephone and email to take payments and update the system
Answer queries within a timely manner
Manage customer details and process any account changes
Managing customer requests
Processing reports

Requirements:

Strong IT skills
Client / customer service focused with a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
Self-motivated and keen to learn
Good attention to detail and time management
Able to use your own initiative
Process driven and well organised
Team player
