We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Workday Administrator to join our local client. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing their Workday system to support HR, payroll, and other business functions. In this role, you will ensure the platform operates smoothly, supports business processes, and aligns with organizational goals.
Job Responsibility:
Enhancing system functionality and user experience in collaboration with HR and IT teams
Accurately configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, and Recruiting
Developing reports, dashboards, and analytics to fulfill business requirements
Conducting audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity
Providing technical support and training to end users
Keeping abreast of Workday updates/releases and suggesting improvements
Requirements:
2+ years of experience administering Workday, including configuration and security management
Strong knowledge of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, etc.)
Experience with Workday reporting, dashboards, and data integration is a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
