Job Description:

A pioneering professional technology consultancy is seeking a Workday Benefit Lead to play a key role in the end-to-end implementation of Workday Benefit and HCM ensuring efficiency, compliance, and process optimisation.

Job Responsibility:

Implementing, configuring, and maintaining Workday Benefits to enhance operational efficiency
Collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT teams to optimise benefits administration and processes
Ensuring compliance with UK benefits regulations and industry best practices
Supporting the full end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from design to post-go-live

Requirements:

Workday Benefit Certifications
Workday HCM Certifications
Proven experience as a Workday Benefit Consultant or similar role
Strong knowledge of Workday Benefit Configuration
Hands-on experience in end-to-end Workday Benefit and HCM implementation
