Our client is a well-established FMCG company setting up a HR shared services center in Malaysia. The Workday Data Administrator will manage HR services for regional teams, including handling new hires, job changes, terminations, and addressing employee questions about HR policies.
Job Responsibility:
Handle employee onboarding, transfers, and exits, ensuring all documentation and processes are complete
keep Workday HR records and documents up to date and accurate
build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients
contribute to projects aimed at improving the HR Shared Services Center's efficiency
ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in HR shared services
strong organizational skills
strong communication skills
strong interpersonal skills
ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
