Job Description:

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Workers' Compensation Specialist in the manufacturing industry, based in San Dimas, California. The role is primarily responsible for managing employee investigations, providing administrative support to management, and handling workers' compensation claims in California and Texas.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct and manage investigations related to employee relations
  • Provide executive-level support through data analysis
  • Manage workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
  • Assist in the administration of ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian Dayforce systems
  • Oversee the management of employee benefits and FMLA compliance
  • Facilitate effective communication within the organization
  • Monitor and manage injured workers' cases according to the Workers Comp Law
  • Provide support in the management of the company's financial services through ADP
  • Maintain compliance with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode regulations
  • Conduct employee relations investigations as and when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role within the manufacturing industry
  • Proficient in using ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
  • Experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, and Dayforce
  • Knowledge of Benefit Functions including, but not limited to, FMLA and Worker's Compensation
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with Compliance regulations within the manufacturing industry
  • Proven ability to manage Employee Relations effectively
  • Experience in handling Worker's Compensation Claims
  • Sound understanding of Workers Comp Law in California and Texas
  • Ability to assist Injured Workers and familiarity with Injury Law
  • Proven track record in conducting Employee Relations Investigations
