Job Description:

The position requires expertise in Workforce Identity Management, particularly within Microsoft Entra ID and cybersecurity projects. Applicants should have technical leadership skills, development and automation expertise, and the ability to negotiate Identity and Security priorities with stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Being directly responsible for the delivery and overseeing of complex and highly technical Identity and Cyber security workloads and projects
Being a technical leader among Workforce Identity Engineers, leading by example in delivery of Identity outcomes and projects, and working with the Assistant Director to plan technical deliverables and priorities for the team
Applying skills within Microsoft Entra ID domains, including user lifecycles, access packages, Privileged Identity Management, and Conditional Access
Applying skills within development, including infrastructure-as-code, code release pipelines, Graph API, and automations

Requirements:

Australian Citizens ONLY
NV1 clearance or ability to obtain one
Expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting secure Identity and Access Management solutions in Microsoft Entra ID
Experience working with Microsoft-focused development and automation tools, including Graph API, PowerShell, and Automations and Runbooks
Understanding or experience migrating or disconnecting from legacy on-prem Identity solutions and moving to Cloud-First solutions
Ability to negotiate and advocate for Identity and Security priorities with business stakeholders, in the form of presentations, designs, and other methodologies
