The Principle Workplace Relations Advisor is responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance on workplace relations matters to senior management and employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of workplace relations law and regulations, as well as experience in managing complex workplace issues.
Job Responsibility:
Provide strategic advice and guidance on workplace relations matters to senior management and employees
Develop and implement workplace relations policies and procedures
Provide a deep understanding of Enterprise Agreements
Manage complex workplace issues, such as grievances, disputes, and disciplinary matters
Conduct workplace investigations and mediation
Represent the organisation in workplace relations matters, including at hearings and tribunals
Stay up-to-date on workplace relations law and regulations
Provide training and development to employees on workplace relations matters
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, law, or a related field
5+ years of experience in workplace relations, including at least 3 years in a senior advisory role
Strong understanding of workplace relations law and regulations
Expert knowledge of the Fair Work Act 2009 and contract law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
