Job Responsibility:

Design, develop, and enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures
Manage security services provider contract toward excellence and operational efficiency, by making sure they meet contractual obligations and deliver high-quality services
Conduct regular audits and assessments of security services to identify areas for improvement, to address emerging threats and vulnerabilities
Implement and own Workplace building Safety, Fire & evacuation protocols, exercises
Implement KPIs and monitoring process to ensure the level of services is matching our standards, review and change contract services where required
Develop and implement a security experience and a comprehensive security culture across the company
Foster a proactive security mindset among employees through training and engagement programs

Requirements:

Degree level qualification in any of the following fields: Security or risk management
Professional certifications required: SSIAP 2 and 3, SST, etc.
At least 7 years of professional experience to build Security Operations in a complex and international environment
Fluency in English
Proven knowledge & experience of: IGH, ERP CDT, and local security regulations
Strong understanding of security protocols, risk management, and emergency response planning
Ability to develop and implement effective security policies and procedures
Experience with security technology and systems (CCTV, access control, surveillance, Fire system, UAE..)
