Job Responsibility:
  • Design, develop, and enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures
  • Manage security services provider contract toward excellence and operational efficiency, by making sure they meet contractual obligations and deliver high-quality services
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of security services to identify areas for improvement, to address emerging threats and vulnerabilities
  • Implement and own Workplace building Safety, Fire & evacuation protocols, exercises
  • Implement KPIs and monitoring process to ensure the level of services is matching our standards, review and change contract services where required
  • Develop and implement a security experience and a comprehensive security culture across the company
  • Foster a proactive security mindset among employees through training and engagement programs
Requirements:
  • Degree level qualification in any of the following fields: Security or risk management
  • Professional certifications required: SSIAP 2 and 3, SST, etc.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience to build Security Operations in a complex and international environment
  • Fluency in English
  • Proven knowledge & experience of: IGH, ERP CDT, and local security regulations
  • Strong understanding of security protocols, risk management, and emergency response planning
  • Ability to develop and implement effective security policies and procedures
  • Experience with security technology and systems (CCTV, access control, surveillance, Fire system, UAE..)
